Abstract

This thesis discusses how is the Communication Strategy of the OKU Regional Police in increasing public confidence in public services. This research was conducted in December 2019. The purpose of this study was to find out how the service communication strategy used by the OKU Regional Police in the Integrity Zone Program (IZ). The theory in this research is planning theory with the concept of Social goals, Meta goals and Working memory. The method in this study is a method of in-depth interviews with qualitative techniques and the selection of informants using purposive sampling. The data collection technique of this research is the data analysis technique which is descriptive qualitative. The Communication Strategy of the OKU Regional Police in the IZ Program provides an integrated service space with Human Resources (HR) in the SKCK service and the Fingerprints training is carried out in advance at the South Sumatra Regional Police. The results of this study are expected to be an insight into the communication strategy of the OKU Regional Police in improving public services in the Integrity Zone (IZ) program so that it can have a positive impact on the community in OKU District.
