ANALISIS FRAMING PEMBERITAAN POLEMIK PERKUMPULAN BULUTANGKIS DJARUM DENGAN KOMISI PERLINDUNGAN ANAK INDONESIA

Abstract

Online media has many superiority in delivering news to the audience, one of which is the speed of the news that goes far beyond the conventional media like newspapers. News in online media influenced by the ideology and economy of media as seen from framing of news carried by the media. This study aims to describ how the framing is done by the media covergand in delivering an event and to get a picture of the of the extent to which the influence of ideology an economi media to attempt to approach objectivity and a natural position in the news. This study uses a critis paradigma with qualitatif approach. Framing analysis performed using the analysis  model of Pan and Kosicki. the results of this study indicate that framing conducted detik.com, liputan6.com, and Tribunnews.com on the news of the PB Djarum polemic with KPAI is a media that has constructed news with more inferesting news content together in the same news towards supports towards PB Djarum agreed with KPAI. Where detik.com is more emphasized to support PB Djarum, namely the selection of resource persons that only one party is used in the news, in the Liputan6.com which is more supportive to support PB Djarum, the selection of informants and the choice of word used in the news, and subsequently in Tribunnews.com which is preferred to support PB Djarum is the choice of words and images used in the news. It can be seen from the framing of the news that the media construct news with the importance of the interests of media owners in order to gain the economic benefits of the media.
