Abstract

Utilization of electrical energy from  MHP  is a way in order to grow and increase the economic activity of rural communities towards independence. The concept of empowering MHP is possible to accelerate the equitable equalization of the social welfare of the rural areas and minimize the gaps that have been triggering anxiety that is detrimental to the community.
