This research aims to clarify how governance changes dimensions of reorganization, reconstruction, revitalization and regeneration of the Sukabumi district. This study was conducted using descriptive methods and a qualitative approach. The whistleblowers involved in this investigation were a targeted approach consisting of the Deputy Regent of Sukabumi District, Assistant Chairman of the MPR at the state level, Secretary General of the Regional Development Agency, Secretary General of the Housing Management Agency, and Secretary General of the Housing Management Agency. It was used. Director of Education, Director of Health Service, Director of Housing, Spatial Planning and Cleanliness, Director of Legal Affairs, Sukabumi District Secretariat. The study showed that after the change of Sukabumi regency in 2016, there was a change in the scale of the restructuring and improved local vision. The second aspect is reconstruction, which is dynamic and in line with the current evolution of Sukabumi Regency.However, Sukabumi cannot provide public services. In the third aspect, activation, some materials are manufactured but without corresponding regulatory changes. In the fourth dimension, regeneration, on the other hand, things go awry when it comes to the intact physical state. There is a lack of education for human resource development in the social sector, especially in public services. In summary, this study has seen some management transformations, but some have been less than optimal in terms of reframing, restructuring,renewal, adnd revitalizatin in Sukabumi . From the impact of this research, authors and readers are expected to experience a change in governance in the Sukabumi district.
