This study aims to determine how public services are to the service of police records at the Sinjai Police. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type which is intended to provide a clear picture and description of the overall problem at hand. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed based on the indicators determined by looking at the results of observations, interviews and documentation from the research informants. The informants used were the head of the Sinjai Resort Police, the Head of the Security Intelligence Unit, the Police Record Certificate Service Officer and the Petitioner for Preparing a Police Record Certificate.The results of the data analysis show that the public service for the service of police record certificatesconcluded that the service for the Police Notes Certificate at the Sinjai Police isat the Sinjai Police Office is said to be quite good. Judging from the indicators of service quality according to Zeithaml (1990) in is quite good. This can be seen from thedimension tangible regarding adequate facilities and infrastructure so that the applicant who produces a Police Record Certificate feels comfortable.
