PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN FASILITAS KERJATER HADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PERKEBUNAN MINANGA OGAN BATURAJA

Abstract

This study discussed the influence of the non-physical work environment andwork facilities on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan Baturaja. The data collection technique used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The population consisted of 79 employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the partial analysisresults, there was an influence of the non-physical work environment on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan Baturaja, with a t- count of 10.977 and a t-table of 3.824. The work facilities variable also had an influence on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan Baturaja, with a t-count of 3.824. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of the non-physical work environment and work facilities on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan Baturaja with an F-count of 102.452, indicating that F-count > F-table (102.452 > 3.16). The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained was 0.923. This showed that the contribution of the influence of work loyalty and work commitment on performance was 92.3%, while the remaining 7.7% was influenced by other variables outside this study, as seen in Aminah's study on the influence of work facilities (X1), non-physicalwork environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3), meaning that performance was also influenced by job satisfaction (X3).
