This study examined the effectiveness of integrating ChatGPT into Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing students' descriptive text writing skills at SMK Negeri 3 OKU. Using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, the sample comprised34 eleventh-grade students from classXI TKJ 2, selected through cluster random sampling. The treatment consisted of PjBL activities producing a Group Descriptive Writing Portfolio, with ChatGPT as a supporting tool. Data were collected via a writing test ("My English Teacher") and a 20-item UTAUT2-based questionnaire, analyzed using the Paired Sample t-test and descriptive statistics. The pre-test average score of 35.88 ("Very Poor") increased significantly to 81.76 ("Good") in the post-test due to the treatment, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The questionnaire revealed an overall mean of 3.42 ("Moderate"), highestfor Time Efficiency (3.68) and lowest for Dependency Risk (3.06). These findings confirm that integrating ChatGPT into PjBL effectively enhances students' writing skills.
