WORK PRODUCTIVITY : TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION AT ASTRA MOTOR HONDA DEALER

This study discusses the effect of Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation on work productivity at Astra Motor Honda Baturaja Dealer. The population of this study were 37 employees. The analysis method used is the Quantitative Analysis method. The quantitative analysis in question is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using Validity Test and Reliability Test as well as T Test and F Test. The results of the analysis show that partially the tcount of the Transformational Leadership variable (Xâ‚) of 7.492 is greater than the ttable value of 2.0322. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity at Astra Motor Honda Baturaja Dealer. And the Work Motivation variable tcount (Xâ‚‚) of 2.292 is greater than the ttable of 2.0322, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity at Astra Motor Honda Baturaja Dealers because the tcount is greater than the ttable 2.292> 2.0322. Simultaneously Fcount of 50.264> Ftabel of 3.28 then Hâ‚€ is rejected and Hâ‚ is accepted, meaning that Transformational Leadership (Xâ‚) and Work Motivation (Xâ‚‚) simultaneously affect Work Productivity at Astra Motor Honda Baturaja Dealer. The analysis results show that the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.747. This means that the contribution of the influence of Transformational Leadership (Xâ‚) and Work Motivation (Xâ‚‚) on work productivity (Y) at the Astra Motor Honda Baturaja Dealer is 74.7% while the remaining 25.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model such as work environment, discipline and work performance (Sutrisno, 2020).
