Abstract

This study examines employee productivity determined by organizational culture and work discipline at Hotel Bukit Indah Lestari (BIL) Baturaja. The population consists of 55 respondents, and data were collected through questionnaires. The analytical method used is quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis. The partial analysis results indicate that the t-values for Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) are 9.953 and 2.680, respectively, which are greater than the t-table value of 2.0066. This indicates that both variables have a significant partial influence on employee productivity (Y) at Hotel Bukit Indah Lestari (BIL) Baturaja. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline have a significant influence on employee productivity, as evidenced by an F-value of 251.527, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.18.The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.906, indicating that 90.6% of the variation in employee productivity is influenced by Organizational Culture and Work Discipline, while the remaining 9.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, such as competence, work facilities, and leadership (Afandi, 2018).
