Pengembangan Tenun Buton berbasis Collaborative di Kelurahan Sulaa Kecamatan Betoambari Kota Baubau

Abstract

The general purpose of writing this article is to discover the development of Buton weaving based on collaboration in the village of Sulaa, Betoambari district, Baubau city. The type of research used is research, this qualitative method can be used to reveal and understand something behind a phenomenon that is not even known. The data collection techniques: structured interviews, observation (monitoring), documentation review, while the analysis technique used in this study went through the following stages: (1) conducting a data analysis, (2) data reduction, (3) compilation into units, (4) categorization, (5) checking the validity of the data, and (6) analyzing and interpreting Collaborative governance in the development and conservation of Buton Weaving in Baubau City, namely: a), there is governmental and non-governmental participation in the development and conservation of culture, b), acceptance means there is a cooperation agreement stipulated by the government with activists, c), Communication means the government's form of communication with non-governmental or cultural activists, d) Trust means the formation of mutual trust between the parties involved in the development and preservation of culture, e) Sharing, which is build an attitude of mutual understanding.
