Perencanaan Pembangunan Partisipatif Di Kalurahan Kampung, Kapanewon Ngawen, Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Abstract

Participatory Development Planning in Kalurahan Kampung, Kapanewon Ngawan, Gunungkidul Regency. When there are still many problems found in the development process, this research reviews the process of preparing development planning which is simple with community involvement in the formulation of the planning. This research aims to understand how of building development in Kalurahan Kampung through participatory methods of the community in the process to formulate development planning, then to find what obstacles are factors to formulate the development planning. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis. This approach aims to analyze and describe the phenomena that occur in Kampung Kalurahan regarding the process of formulating village development planning through participatory methods. The research location used as a source of research data is Kalurahan Kampung, Kapanewon Ngawen District, Gunungkidul Regency. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use three parts in the form of data collection, data assessment and data presentation. The results showed that the development planning process in Kalurahan Kampung has been carried out by participatory methods, namely by absorbing proposals from the community and the existence of development determination goals in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community.
