The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) has accelerated the adoption of digital payment and digital credit services. However, most digital credit services still rely on cash disbursement mechanisms, making it difficult to control the utilization of borrowed funds. This study aims to develop PayQRIS, a web-based Buy Now, Pay Later (PayLater) service integrated with QRIS payments that enables cashless transactions using credit limits without direct cash disbursement. The system was developed using the Prototyping model and evaluated through black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that PayQRIS successfully integrates PayLater services with QRIS payments into a single platform featuring credit limit determination, installment and bill management, bill extension, and secure transaction authentication. Functional testing confirmed that all system features operated according to the specified requirements, while the usability evaluation produced a SUS score of 83.25, indicating a high level of usability and user acceptance. Therefore, PayQRIS provides a web-based PayLater solution that supports QRIS payments through a more controlled digital credit mechanism.
